I recently had the bext Friday afternoon escape from work ever, three hours at a SPA! Yep. I received a gift certiificate to ME Spa, not just any spa, Male Esthetics Spa that caters primarily to men. I showed up to this! Spa owner Douglas Coburn told me about his work and we picked a couple services while I sipped champagne & ate strawberries. First up was a full body scrub including face. It was so great do something good for my skin. Post scrub I went in to the bathtoom in a robe to wash off the scrub. You can kinda see it on my skin. After that I jumped into another even softer robe. I swear to you it was like being inside a stuffed animal, like one of those Gund or really expensive stuffed animals. I was already feeling less stress. Douglas used to be the Director of Esthetics at Bode Spa in Ottawa. A men’s spa is quite like any other (woman) spa except here they really know manscaping and how to ease stress of life in the city. I love hearing a guy I know got a manicure or pedicure. It shows you take care of yourself and that is sexy if you are man or woman.  If you are a dude who takes care of yourself, you will likley feel more confident. Then when you use that confidence to chat a beautiful lady, you won’t be self conscious about your unibrow, hairy back (god forbid shoulders), crackly feet, nose hairs (gross) ear hairs (ewww). Think how nice your manicured hand will look/feel on her…..    Yes. This is Douglas, super nice. I had rushed there and was all high-energy-crazy-internet-person, he was such a nice calm for my ADHD. No, not like that silly, computer teams. I haven’t got one YET but I’m going to, I really want one. One of these things  below just doesn’t belong… (and no it is not Justin Bieber!) I’m ready to make the switch to a MAC, I’ve been curious for a long  time. I’m stepping up my game with new cameras and more work. I really want to do more video editing and fancy stuff with photos. My little Netbook baby Robert has been my sidekick for the past two years.  I’m ready to give him a big brother. Oh, and I touched an ipad 2. It’s pretty sexy. Imma stick with my Andy for a while, he won’t be getting replaced until 3rd gen comes out. Oh, me the men the machines. <- read this.

wakey wakey it’s breakfast tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime! i’ll have water (w/ airborne), simosa, juice, coffee, and a smoothie, thank you. yummy. raymi & both went glasses styles, it was like 8:30 am. ahem, pardon me, what’s that? oh,  cock & balls bull. back to the hotel to get ready for the evening our group 20 had a five course dinner at the ever so lovely buonanotte. the website has heaps of plates signed by famous people who ate there like lenny kravitz, jerry seinfeld & jimmy kimmel. me & brother andrew stewart melodie got a sexy new short cut. hawt! sat beside Stew our chariot for the night was a massive limo disco bus (like the ones 905’ers get to come downtown!) we had a massive area for our crew at this club calle BAINS DOUCHES. haha. these hot ladies danced sexy burlesque for us. rrrrrarrrrrrr. one of the girls is from TO and would like me to come to her class. i like this idea. HAPY NEW YEAR! 2011 OMG! this giant 6’5″ 19 year old may have kissed me at midnight we had a photographer so i didn’t take many photos of our party i came back from the club earlier than the rest and made use of our awesomely huge tub our suite was pretty awesome, well except that it was 911. bad sign, gah 9/11?  bathroom is behind blue curtain. had a great sleep, woke up and hung out with myself around the hotel lobby looked at the beautiful & modern art displayed by an artiste named TONE then i went to the Away Spa @ W Montreal for a massage and a lovely breakfast post brekky i met up with the rest of the crew and prepared for departure… and finally… I share this with you beacause…

Kept me down. Ice pack and heat pack on shoulder arthritis pain. Couple friends over last night. Dinner with Dad, his GF and my sis earlier in the night. He is so funny, Dad. Watched Swimming Pool a forgein thriller on Netflix today. Pretty sexy, saw it years ago. Made me wanna write another book. It’s been long enough, I’m a grown up now. So many stories and photos from the years pased. Ate so many M&Ms this weekend. Have a nice giftpack prize for someone this week. Gonna be upgrading your Monday tomorrow with Virgin America too, tell you about it in the morning. Closer is a really great movie, seen it a bunch of times and watched it on Netflix today too. I love this movie for so many reasons, Natalie Portman, Jude Law and Clive Owen to start. My iPad has opened me up to enjoying the internet more than always blogging or tweeting. It’s helped me relax a bit, if you can believe it. Really looking forward to my vacation in San Juan next month with my Boston friends. Beach, sun, sand, friends, fun, tan, love it. I never really take a day off because I love what I do. Will be so damn lovely to full on relax. Really hope arthritis arm stops hurting by the AM. Lots of work to do and its all on computer, typing. Workplace hazzard. Going to bed early so I wake up ready to take on the world. Hope you had a nice weekend. I did 🙂 xo

Omg I can’t believe that bitch is getting married to Victor Newman. She has him so drugged up it makes me sick. Hearing Victor call her baby also makes me sick. AND on the Newman plane? Bitch please. Did you see him last week in his undies? Babe. Billy Abbot is my hero. I wish I had a boyfriend like him.
