i’m having one of those days. i’ve got heaps to do. it’s getting done but for some reason i’m just outta my head. i keep thinking, stop it, get back to work, don’t let your mind wonder, wander. i wish the sun would com out. it’s cold in here and i’ve not taken my jacket off all day. i even dressed cute today. sigh. i keep reminding myself how fun it’s gonna be tonight watching the hills with a bunch of friends at MTV. i always wanted to be able to do this. in my last post i was so excited and now i feel all weird. i said something stupid last night to a friend after a couple drinks and i think that’s what is getting me. sometimes we say things, it happens. the other day i got so upset over something that was not even necessary. i like to think i’m a simple girl but i’m complex and my mind is like a labyrinth sometimes. i go back and read things tagged writing and i feel some what at ease. it must be the creativity, left hand, wild imagination sometimes gets the best of me. i’m nervous and excited most the time, i love this feeling but sometimes it leaves me feeling open and vulnerable and i get scared. take my own advice, build a bridge and get over it. the other thing is that when you do things online all the time it’s all out there for everyone to see, they can see you, you can see them, the world is somewhat translucent. you can see, but you can’t always see through. this helps, writing it out. i got new analytics ,the other day. google, i love you but your site stats were just not cutting it…

Sia Concert – Tonight: She’s performing on MTV Live. I’m working at The MTV Temple instead of MuchMusic. Awesome. Hills Finale – Tonight: I’ve got almost 30 people coming to ma Hills party at MTV. I used to have Hills parties at my house. The friends who are coming all blog and/or tweet. Hellz fucking yeahz. Jays vs Boston – Wednesday: My cousin Isaac and his GF are here from NEW ZEALAND. Last time I saw him (the only time we met), I was 12. It was 1994. Birthday – May 8: Officially TBD. I’d like to have a “haven’t met you yet” party, everyone comes and meets everyone else #casie. Florida – May 27-31: just talked to my friends yesterday and I’m so excited. Ready for a vacation with friend I haven’t seen in a whole but I love. Gonna dance heaps. MMVA – June 20: Watch it play out on Twitter #mmva The G20 – June 26-27: right near my house. Rumor has it I need a pass to get to and from work. Been asked by York/Ryerson to take part in a doc about it. Filming me daily. Um, can I G20 Summit Rental my condo on Craigslist? Big money. View PostHad a really nice day yesterday. Woke up after a great sleep, spent the day relaxing, chatting with friends online, blogging from bed. Later in the evening I got myself a glass travel mug of wine and cruised over to the hot tub. It was kinda cloudy over the water but I didn’t mind. It felt so nice to sit back and relax. I was all alone there for a while but then this one dude came in. I was glad I didn’t check-in on Foursquare, he could be the one I stole the Mayorship from! It would be so awkward if it was him. We kinda fought over reins of the Hot Tub Time Machine going back and forth for about two weeks. I’m so excited for tomorrow. Sia and K-Cav are gonna me at MTV. ZOMG I love my job, I love my job. View PostUp early and off to the Green Living Show with Care Bear. I’ve not seen this sista for ages. Last time was that group girls date to see a movie months ago. Looking forward seeing her and all the goodies that come with attending the show. You have to pay to get in BUT this year Samsung is letting you bring old electronics to donate and you get in free. The list is right here if you’re feeling green with envy and wanna go. Ok, that was cheese, I know. There’s also a Hills marathon on MTV all afternoon if your feeling L-to the-AZY. View PostThis is my outfit today, feeling kinda Mickey Mouse. Screen printed this dress with my name on it last year, found it in the mounting clothes closet and decided to let it come out and play. Have an after work date with My City Lives to film some of the awesome stuff around my hood from MuchMusic to condo city by the water. There’s lots a neat stuff in that little 1.4 KM (thanks to the Cardio Trainer on my phone I know just how far it is). Somebody tossed this sign up yesterday and I bet it’s JUST the beginning. The G20 is just around the corner from my place at the MTCC. It’s the same weekend as PRIDE and there’s so many security things they need to take care of. Gonna be nuts in my hood when this thing happens. All these world leaders kickin’ it and heaps of raging homo + lezbo’s showing their love for life. Sounds like a fun time if ya ask me. Haha. View PostI’m down by the water near my house, Lake Ontario and it’s sooo lovely right now. Had a photoshoot earlier today with Erika . When it was done I strolled over to the Beer Store and got a couple Sapporo and came to lay in the grass. The sun is shining so beautifully on the water. I’m watching planes land at the Island Airport. Lots of people walking by with dogs, holding hands, speaking different languages. Saw a cute boy on a longboard. Its so refreshing to sit outside in the sun and be alone to think and recharge my batteries. Gonna head home soon as it gets a little chilly and watch the Junos and do a little Tweeting for @mtvcanada. Today is a good day, Sunday Funday.
View PostHeyooo. Cra-zay busy today. Saw these dudes outside work today and got some Kick-Ass bandaids. Guy had some serious moves. I kinda wanted to roll the kid for her wig. I need to get some new wigs before I head to Florida next month. Ya, excited. They (Maple Pictures) have a room set up in the store front that they use for movie/promo stuff. We watch out the window from the office and troll over when we know they’re givin’ out free stuff. I love these guys, trolly’s. This is Oliver (Oli-vee-eh) my friend from France. He’s here doing a massive bike ride across Canada. He was sponsored by Adidas + a bunch of other peeps in Paris. If you wanna help him out, lemme know!
