rrrrrrrrrraaa raaaaaaaaaa ra ra rain. Get over it. Just saw Jeni Woww on CP 24, man is her and Snookers can write books, I surely can do it too. This rainy weather today makes me think of spring. It’s not that far away. Time to really get into beach body mode. Tomorrow today is the kickoff day for that. BTW, I really hope ‘the curse’ does not hit Natalie Portman. I love her. Glad she won. Can’t wait till she pops out that baby. This is painted in a warehouse in Liberty Village up a really little staircase, me likey… I love to lay in the grass… oh spring, I’m thinking of you. The Freestyle Friday winner is Shame ‘Fame’ Alexander. Please send me your address so I can get a nice package into the mail for you.  I’m waiting for mail today too. I love mail. If you ever wanna send me something just ask for my address ok 🙂 Hopefully sometime today the Puma video comes out. I am stoked to see it. While we were filming in the Beaconsfield the lovely Anna Cyzon stopped by. Remember her? Totally hot babe.  It’s been ages since we hung out. ANNA THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE. Hmm. What in the world was I doing at this time last year… Archive ART HIVE Time! I will not be paid in fancy lunch. “There’s a lot to be said for not giving two flying fuck’s Mr. Darwin.” – creative salt I got new prescription glasses in the MAIL. Woke up thinking it smelled like back to school. Caught a robber on a bike in Liberty Village. Wardeobe malFUNction at work with breast. Rain drops were falling down in rounds & floating in the wind. OMG TWINS. Met at the stupid Koodo party. I found Selah Sue and dated the internet. Photo shoot with Kelly Kruschel on a sports field. First heard the term: Socialnomics Found the most CREEPY house in the city Wrote a short story of a girl I know. Went to a party at London Tap House. (Weird cause GenYTO is there TONIGHT!) Wrote about a Mullet Man. Time travel is fun. I just went through some posts from August 2008 and my style has changed a bunch. I started writing more after that time. My friend Simon said to me one day “stop posting all this crap and write your own stuff”, so I did. One of the greatest things about having a blog is the ability to go back and see things you forgot about, really remmeber the past and how it made you feel, who you met, what you wore. I love seeing how my life has changed and how much I’ve grown over the years. I inspire myself to keep working hard and reach my goals. the sidewalk is my runway

I love walking to work. It makes me so happy. By the time I arrive, I’ve already had fresh air and seen things I feel like writing about. I could write all day…take photos. One day I will. Harajuku babes tomorrow and serious blog work this weekend. I often pass a red carpet on my way to work. Girls on bikes. Big towers for festivals, star gazing, looking across the water. I like when the sun shines on my face. Last year I worked in Liberty Village in the West end and now I’m Central in the District of Entertainment and couldn’t be happier. This is where I should be. I really wanted it. I’m stoked about attending Fashion Week for actual shows this year, not parties. Ready for the weekend too. New pillow is making for way better sleeps. Feeling good. Been crazy busy this week dudes. I love blogging and get all anxious when I don’t update. All is good. Magazine mini launch on Monday and Kelly Cutrone is coming to MTV. So excited, Gang of Bloggers coming and media too. Phone light keeps going off and driving me nuts, message waiting. Wore a cute outfit today. Been dressing more fun and fashiony (than a cold day) now the weather has warmed. I’m judging a dress design contest for Peach Berserk coming up (scroll down) and a music contest thingy tonight (they said it’s Idol like?) . Need more time in the day. Stoked for the rain, I hope it rains all weekend and I stay home the whole time with my computer (Robert) my gadgets and Moovboots in case I need to go out. Like this video. Love her. too cool for school and lots to learn

I met so many people, got to have meetings around the place. It’s really cool guys. I mean really cool. It’s much different from working in an old factory loft for an online gaming company.  It’s a big place, a really big place. It’s it’s like a maze filled with new people, news and lots of TV’s. My wrist arthritis  is hurting. Whining. Had to ice it and yes mum I put on the Arnica.  I could use a big box of Aleve or a Tylenol Arthritis sponsorship. I feel like  a Nana. Maybe it’s the rain. I was informed the same rainbow puking unicorn I posted the other day showed up on Postsecret. Was it one of you guys? It wasn’t me. On Friday we had drinks at School bakery & cafe bar in Liberty Village beside the old office. I had been there about a week earlier to meet a friend for lunch. A girl was taking photos  that day and then I showed up in a review of School in the Globe & Mail last week.  Check ‘er out.

I was given this bill from a friend. He logged his handling of it on whereswilly.com. This is my first bill I’ve logged so I’m making a little deal about it. Cool I guess if you’re in to that sorta track-my thing-online-and-see-what-it-does kinda stuff.  Colin McLeod in St.John’s, NB logged bill first. He came to Niagara Falls for the Cindy Lauper/Rosie show in July. We got it at Shoeless Joe’s in Liberty Village and now it’s in my jeans pocket. The end.

somebody’s got a case of the mondays

busy day today. woke up the sun on my face heating up the room. happy but a little sad it wasn’t a wellies day. had a pretty lazy weekend. slept all day saturday.  was really nice. was really tired too.  i didn’t go to mexico as you may have noticed. had a good reason to stay home. went to roastery in liberty village for lunch to tweet and facebook internet and made a couple 12 seconds videos. love the web cam laptop feature. could be dangerous. haha. was by my self for most the time and they was suprised by a you which was nice. unexpected. the girls and I had a nice afternoon yesterday. lazy with wine and girly chats. the vibrating mascara makes my lashes pretty. beautiful sunday it was. the rain was comforting and the sun peeked out a few times.i’m dying to watch annie hall., been going on for days now.  behind on writing things and getting back to people. tonight, i tell myself so it’s more likley to get done.  i hope my glasses arrive today. i feel like i get more work done when i wear glasses. focus. went to a jays game on friday. will update  about that experience later. was fun and met some cool people. i feel tired today but had a good sleep. must be the weather people always say. my dress makes today me look like a teacher.

I was connecting to the lyrics this morning and fighting a wave of sadness.  Coffee, double latte. The office was freezing as I took off my sweater to cover my legs under my desk.  ‘Be productive and you’ll get distracted’ I told myself.  I listened to my blip station, starting on the second page after the Michael Jackson. Wasn’t in the mood for him today, started with Pretty Young Thing but it didn’t work like it usually does. ‘Get on your bike and ride around at lunch’, I tell myself, ‘that always works’.  It did.  I ran into a friend who joined me for a sit and chat in the park before I headed out on a  Liberty Village tour. It was lovely. My hair‘s not pink anymore, it has a peach slice in it now. I got peanut butter cookie mix and Cheerios. I hate buying groceries. I never know what to get and I always think I don’t like anything, but I do. I love cooking but hate groceries. I like to make things up with whats around the house. Creative cooking.  Had a creative weekend, enjoying the flow that comes with a new sketchbook. Came up with a good idea at lunch today. Ran into Golly on my way back. We met last year and I wrote a cover story about him in an arts  & business magazine. He’s a positive soul, cheered me right up. I’m really looking forward to the TV lineup tonight.  It’s one of those days I’m glad I have cable. Just got a call to go with Karrera and L.B. to John Butler Trio. So excited, must be my lucky day. It was sold out and I was sad I had no ticket. Love you friends. You’re the best. in the dark of…

I love it. The thunder in the sky. The energy that lights up the dark clouds when lightning strikes. The pounding of rain drops on windows of cars as they drive on the wet pavement. I jump every time it rattles the windows and I screech a little with excitement. I enjoy the rush, it scares me a little but I like it. I’m reminded of being in Florida last month. We were at a late night pool party and the air was damp with humidity as it had been hot all day. There was a flash of lightning and a crack of thunder.  It felt like only a second before the rain poured down. It was warm and wet and felt soft on my skin. I was in my bathing suit but  I wanted to be free. I removed it and tossed it into a pile. There in the hot Florida night I danced naked in the rain.  Arms over my hear to the beats of the music. I was free at last.

Urgh, I’m having trouble concentrating all I can think about is how sunny it is and how much I want to be outside. I’m really feeling the ADD today and it doesn’t make it any easier that I spend all day on computer. I’ve been asked to download one of our casino’s to check some numbers and it involves looking at a bunch of games – get it now? Makes it really difficult to get things done. My skin feels warm from my tan at lunch, I like it very much. I had a Booster Juice, there’s a new one in Liberty Village, like that very much too. Strawberry Sunshine is my favorite. Love it. Found out today that some goodies are coming my way in the mail next week.  Guess what? I really, really like that. I get everything delivered to my office so that our secretary brings over big bags and boxes and everyone wonders what I got.  Makes me feel happy. I’m going for dinner with a really awesome friend  tonight and then gonna see my sister too – very happy about that. I like to dressin fun outfits and costumes up  and I found some pictures of different things I’ve worn and well, that all makes me happy too. Ok, now that I got that out I go play games with my happy face on. Enjoy the day! ♥

I’m going to the TFC game today with a friend. Excited and dressed the part. My friend has a TFC scarf for me so I can really be ‘in’ it. I’ve been once before but this is birthday related which makes it better. I think that H1N1 is a better name for the flu but it also looks like ‘hini’ which sounds like ‘hiney’ which rhymes with swiney which is funny. And the flu was named by the WHO. Make the connection. I did. Stephen Harper called it the Mexican Flu the other day. I LMFAO. Had breakfast at School in Liberty Village. They’re kinda slow and the patio wasn’t open. I like the way it looks there. Very schooley. I was at the CONTACT opening last night. Will post about that later. Have some q&a to finish up.

Today is a beautiful day. Might even go over 10 degrees! Whoa, nice but not quite open toe time yet. I love driving into work and feeling the bright sun. We rocked out to some tunage and put the windows down. It was so much fun. There horses are near the office all the time. The Police keep then just around the corner and bring them out more when the weather warms up for a little Liberty Village strut. Today I’m wearing Liquid Shot from Threadless and my old Chuck Taylor’s. It’s a good day. Thinking about getting a pedicure for lunch…

This morning I stopped into School Bakery & Cafe in Liberty Village before work. I was pleased with my coffee and toast. The prices are a little more than most other morning spots but, I liked the way it looked. I checked out their site and it seems they have Friday Night School dance party that looks like fun by the hot babe in the the ad. They way all their stuff written online and offline has gotten my attention for sure. I love the typography of the big ‘schoolish’ letters and the chalk boards. I think I’ll be going back to School.

We’ve been having quite lovely weather the last few days. The air feels like spring and resonates positivity through vibrant sunlight. I walked to and from work yesterday and thus far, am repeating again today. It makes my mind clear and body feel great. I can definitely feel the multiple hours of walking paying off already! In spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, I will be celebrating at Brazen Head Irish Pub in Liberty Village after work. They were setting up yesterday on my way to the office. I snapped this guy while getting lunch.
