that was a really great way to start the morning

I checked out to update blog on lunch and the guys beside me were gabbing away about internet, SEO and social media. I tried my hardest not to pipe up and join the conversation. They’re in the back of this video and were wondering what the heck I was doing. haha If they only knew! I say ‘layers’ at the end, hard to hear I know. Everyone was talking loud. I love style but in the summer it’s hot and a dress alone will usually do. Fall, that’s when all the good guys come out. I’ve got a new closet to display them all beautifully and I know they’re all dying to be hung. That’s the plan for the weekend, unpack all my crap and put it in its place. I don’t even mind if it rains, I would love to watch a thunder storm over the lake or stomp in some puddles. Have a great day!

Watched Glee last night, ok, funny but too much singing is a no for me. I get annoyed. Watched Eastwick too. Picasa new download, face recognition through Google now. Whoa, awesome.First official day of waking up to a new view in a new house and I love it. Last time I lived this close to water, with a view (besides living on the opposite side of this building) I was in Bondi Beach, Australia. It was a very, very happy time in my life. Leaving 15 minutes earlier didn’t get us here any faster. National Car Free day but CP24 was showing massive traffic. Feel like it’s gonna be a productive one. Wore my wellies, there’s a rain-a-coming. Had a good sleep, back’s getting better. Feeling quite creative today.Might paint tonight. Time for a new sketch book again. I’ve filled up two every quarter for the past year. Found out I’m getting the new CK for men in the mail soon. Will have some samples too. I hope i comes in a big box. I wonder what catering will bring for lunch today. I’m reading a new book by Tucker Max. There’s a movie coming out of it. Pretty hilarious. I really should write down more stories. The ones that go untold and would never  be published here. I’ve done some pretty ridiculous and hilarious things. I’m thankful for all my experiences as they make me who I am today. I’m behind on FB & email messages, will get to that later. Gonna check a few bitches off my list so I feel good when lunch rolls in. Have a GREAT day! Bye. p.s. Wake up at 6 am reach for water forgetting the pain and feel a sharp knife in my back. Take in medicine, deep breath, exhale. I lay down slowly as not to get that knife again and fall back to sleep. Wake up reach for water, the knife strikes again, twice. I take twice as long to get ready. Slowly put on underwear with out falling, I dress in comfy clothes. Dust off the running shoes and the knife strikes as the cat scurries by. I ignore the pain and I and I tie them up. Reminder to eat something before medicine and get change for street car. Off the bike for a while.  Everything is taking longer, taking longer. I wait for the streetcar, preying for a seat. Every bump or stop on the ride is amplified to me right now. Standing would be torture. I see a girl with a backpack, strangely I wish I could wear a backpack. I’d look like a highschooler in these Lulu’s and flower hoodie.  Cute boy briskly passes me on the sidewalk; I’m almost at medium pace. No head  turns. I want an iphone badly. Riding public transit is good for writing. Each car is full of stories waiting to be told.  I look like I’m aggressively texting non stop about something important. I am, my thoughts are important. The pain medicine sinks in as I swivel in my desk chair. Brief red carpet outing last night…

Rain today. Calming, refreshing, inspiring. I wear earphones to block out the noise. No noise. Silence helps me connect my thoughts. Creative thoughts. Creative thoughts on making things. Making things creative. waiting……………………………#borderlineartistic on 12seconds.tv On the way in I saw an adorable old woman with a cane who had just placed a ‘P’ sign on the sidewalk in front of her house. There was already one car parked on the lawn. “That’ a great idea” I shouted. There are a few people around the are doing it while the CNE is on. We wanted to do that at my old house on the Danforth during Taste of the Danforth since we lived right where the action was. We never ended up doing it because we always had friends over. They parked in the spots. I should have invited them over and said “hi friends, thanks for coming. It’s $10 to park here” . Haha, funny money. The sun just came out. Wore two different socks today. Happy Wednesday 🙂

it’s nice to know there’s still romance out there

It was so warm out last night. We ordered take-away Terroni and got some wine to sit in Bellwoods.  We watched people and lazed around. It was lovely really, one of my favorites. When is the Bellwoods garage sale? I love that thing. Listening to lots of Sia today. I missed her. There were heaps of weirdo’s around which made for a very entertaining scenery. This tall bike was very amusing to me as you can tell from my gay-face.  I saw a girl riding around in the park earlier but I didn’t have my camera to capture her in action. Made some new friends and they had the cutest guy. I’m not usually a big fan of animals but this guy was so damn cute. I finally met headband guy that Jeff and I had seen around town a couple times. Turns out, all the jokes I made about him being in a band were true…he is actually in a band. They’re from Ajax and called The Johnstones.Funny dudes. I feel like today is a Wednesday because I feel boring. I’m getting my hair done tonight and thinking about NOT shaving the sides again. I feel good. I feel relaxed and happy. I wrote something just before this and deleted it by accident. It happened just as I thought it was good. That means, I know, I know I can do it again and not to worry about losing it. Save your work. I had just finished a thought about dealing with negative thoughts, negative people, self doubt really.  The truth is, I am the director of the movie that is my life, there’s no one else writing it for me. I can hear someone talking on another balcony. I’m sitting here and the rain has since stopped but it was fierce and roaring with thunder and there were flashes of lightening in sky. i said gimme a lightening and then VOILA! it struck on 12seconds.tv I’ve been up to a few things lately 1) tumblr 2) 12secondstv. I have more thoughts that process through my mind on a daily basis than this blog is ready to handle. I’ve been sharing snipits and stories about me and my life on what I like to call ‘The Casie Stewart Show’ on 12seconds.tv. It’s fun. There are so many really creative people pf Tumblr. Most younger than me that’s cool. I did some of my most creative stuff so far from 14-16 years old.

She said I want to make a Frankenstein man, one with all different parts that’s mix of all the best parts. I laughed. I agreed, I’d like to make that kind of man too. The sun sun is really bright today. Drove with Sabrina and taking the train after work. Via rail for the first time. Girls weekend away. Much needed, much deserved. I got the same cup today, the one about being mislead as a child. I think that day was a Friday too. I like Friday’s and Saturday’s and  I like Sunday’s even more. I’m still using mouse on left hand, home and work, tennis elbow aches have been the worst this week. More than it has been in a while. Tony Pierce told me it might be stress, now I think he’s right. Last I recorded  12seconds a few times and posted a few things to my tumblr blog. It’s called Oh Casie, I think you’ll like it. It’s a big mix of all the shit I see on the internet.  Kinda like that spot in your house where you empty your pockets after a night out and then find that stuff again later.  For me, usually near the front door or bedroom table.  First time taking the train, oh the luxury of having wireless and the ability to order a drink. God I’m lucky. Thank you. Let’s go weekend, I’m ready for ya.

that’s a good way to look at it

everything moves so fast in my day. in my life really. days seem like weeks and before i know it its a new month in the year. i get to work and work hard and that makes time go fast. i type short messages to my friends and followers in 140 characters. i do this in twitter and in email now too. my thought flow fast. i fell in love with 12seconds.tv as you now and it seems like making a video or something to post about happens so fast that i need to slow down to think about what to write about on my blog. i’ll never run out of thoughts.  while i think about what to write about i send a few tweets and think about things in 12 second increments. everything moves so fast.  i’m going for a walk. i take my camera & netbook and think, that’s not slowing down at all. the thing is. i may think and move really fast but i slowly capture moments in my day that make it awesome. it may only be 140 characters or 12seconds that changes your day. finding beauty in simple things, this is to have lived. time flies when you’re having fun i guess ♥

somebody’s got a case of the mondays

busy day today. woke up the sun on my face heating up the room. happy but a little sad it wasn’t a wellies day. had a pretty lazy weekend. slept all day saturday.  was really nice. was really tired too.  i didn’t go to mexico as you may have noticed. had a good reason to stay home. went to roastery in liberty village for lunch to tweet and facebook internet and made a couple 12 seconds videos. love the web cam laptop feature. could be dangerous. haha. was by my self for most the time and they was suprised by a you which was nice. unexpected. the girls and I had a nice afternoon yesterday. lazy with wine and girly chats. the vibrating mascara makes my lashes pretty. beautiful sunday it was. the rain was comforting and the sun peeked out a few times.i’m dying to watch annie hall., been going on for days now.  behind on writing things and getting back to people. tonight, i tell myself so it’s more likley to get done.  i hope my glasses arrive today. i feel like i get more work done when i wear glasses. focus. went to a jays game on friday. will update  about that experience later. was fun and met some cool people. i feel tired today but had a good sleep. must be the weather people always say. my dress makes today me look like a teacher.
