Toronto Pride 2025

Last weekend, Toronto Pride took over the city, and Church Street was buzzing with love, colour, and joy! I headed over to Michelle’s house for some much-needed poolside time. Her place gets full sun all afternoon, and I’ve been hanging out there quite a bit this summer. It was such a gorgeous day! As soon as the sun started to move, we thought, why not take the dogs down to Church Street? We missed the actual parade (classic us 🤣), but honestly, the real party is always in the streets! Music was pumping, everyone was dancing, and somehow we ended up in a conga line with Marnie and Roger (the dogs!). Yes, a full-on doggo conga line. It was so funny. After soaking up the sun and good vibes, we strolled back to Michelle’s for snacks, a movie, and some chill time. The perfect Pride weekend, nothing too crazy. Toronto knows how to throw a party, and Pride is always one of the best. 💖 I’ve been going to Pride since I was 16, many moons ago! Check out some of my previous posts here; I’ve even been in the main parade a few times.

Hot Hot Heatwave Honey

After a magical weekend at Yoga Camp, I woke up on Monday feeling refreshed, grounded, and genuinely good. The weather was stunning and I soaked it all in! Hot hot heatwave, honey! Floating in the lake, laughing, moving my body through yoga, Pilates, barre, and breathwork… it was everything I needed. The girls in my cabin were amazing, sweet souls and instant friends. The whole group of us were there together last year, and being in the same cabin this time was just perfect. So much fun! I’m doing a class with a few of the Yoga Camp gang on Friday. Back in the city, I had an audition due Tuesday, so I spent the afternoon easing into it. Took a stroll to the office to print my script (yes, I walked to print something in this heat wave lol), then sat on the grass in the park to rehearse in the sunshine. I’ve been using this great app called Rafy, it’s like having a scene partner in your pocket. It uses AI for script analysis, and you can choose from a bunch of voices to read with. Super handy when you don’t have a human actor nearby. 😎 After soaking up some rays (and probably a bit too much UV), I headed home to get a bit more work in before gym. I wore this little leopard print set that felt very prehistoric chic, like something Pebbles Flintstone would wear if she had a Pilates membership and a protein smoothie. I walked 10k that day (!), from Queen West to Junction Triangle and back, heatwave be damned. Gym was great, I’ve been working with my trainer, Riley, for 3 years now, and I love his classes! That evening, I popped out to say happy birthday to Roxy at Ted’s…

Joining Shakira’s Wolf Pack to Open Her Show

Last week I did something awesome! I was invited to the Shakira concert by a friend, and we then got the ultimate VIP experience: Joining Shakira’s Wolf Pack to open the show! WITH HER. IT WAS SO COOL. Watch my video below! It was a sold-out show at the Scotiabank Theatre, with over 20,000 people in attendance. Biggest audience I’ve ever performed for haha. We arrived early for rehearsal, then spent some time in the VIP area having drinks, snacks, and making bracelets at her Bangle Bar. View this post on Instagram A post shared by CASIE STEWART (@casiestewart) Backstage on the ground floor of the arena, we are waiting for Shakira, accompanied by her dancers and band. Once it was go time, we walked out into the packed stadium, where fans screamed, took photos of us, and reached out to grab us. Shakira was just a few people in front of me! Beni and ended up giving our jackets & glasses to these cute little girlies in front of us that danced the whole show and knew every word. 👯It was SUCH A GREAT show. She is truly amazing. Thank you Luis, aka @mightymendoza for making this magic happen! ✨One of the craziest things I’ve done! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! She Wolf for life now! 🐺 Last summer, Luis hooked myself and two friends up for a VIP experience to see Red Hot Chilli Peppers, check it out here!

Fashion on Fire Event for Arthritis Canada

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending Arthritis Society Canada’s fourth annual Fashion on Fire event in Toronto, alongside my fabulous friends from Bathing Belle Swimwear. Held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, the evening was a vibrant celebration of fashion, community, and purpose, bringing together over 450 guests to support the 6 million Canadians living with arthritis. My friends from Bathing Belle Swimwear, known for their custom designs, were among the event partners, contributing to the evening’s success and supporting the cause. You will recognize the name Bathing Belle because I have been wearing their beautiful suits for years. See here! Fashion on Fire was not just a night of style but a powerful reminder of the resilience of those living with arthritis and the impact we can make together. A heartfelt thank you to the organizers, participants, and sponsors for an unforgettable evening. Special thanks to Danica from Bathing Belle for the invite!

All I Can Think About Is Spring

It’s that time of year when the sunshine teases us, the wind reminds us it still feels like winter, and all I can think about is spring. We’re sooooooo close to warmer weather and that renewed feeling of ‘anything is possible‘. We had one day last week where it was 18 degrees, and I wrapped up my day a bit early to join a friend on a patio. This week is still lookin’ a lil’ chilly. I’ve been keeping cozy and stylish in one of my favorite vintage finds, this mohair coat from Value Village, which feels like a warm hug. I paired it with a vintage YSL wool scarf that adds the perfect pop of colour. I have finally mastered the perfect scarf tie over the head, the same one you see paired with a baseball cap at all the festivals. Something about this in-between season brings a fresh kind of energy. Spring feels like a reset, a time to clear out what’s no longer serving you, plant new ideas, and lean into a lighter version of life. The vibe makes you want to try something new, clean your closet, or book a spontaneous trip. So here’s to that slow shift into spring, brighter mornings, evening golden hour, and shedding layers both (literally and emotionally). SHE IS READY. All I can think about is spring vibes and cute outfits, bring it on!
