This was a cool thing to wake up to on Monday morning! Last spring I was a model in the Dare to Wear Love fashion show for Toronto’s World Mastercard Fashion Week. This year, I’m on the website with fashion legend Jeanne Beker!

It’s so beautiful out today, about 9 degrees right now! Just came back from breakfast lunch at Grand Electric. Birds chirping and windows open at the office. I love the sunshine! Go get some! It’s free and it’s everywhere right now!
The other day a bunch of us went out to Sensation, the launch for a massive house music thing this summer sponsored by Bud Light. It was at Andrew Richard Designs, one of my fav venues. I have seen it magically transformed so many different ways over the last few years. Thanks Becca and She Does the City for these pix.

I intended to post this for International Women’s Day but to ME, every single day is a day to celebrate the wonderful women in my life. Two of the most very special people to me today, and forever will always be my beautiful Mum and my sister Jenie. I love them dearly.

About a month ago got an email from Butterfly Dreams Luxury Bed Linens Ltd. asking if I would like to receive a set of sheets. Of course I said yes but now, after sleeping on and in them for a few weeks, it would be cruel to not tell you how great they are. I’ve never slept on anything like them. I want to stay in bed all day long. They are best without clothes. So soft against your skin, you really more than ever don’t want to get out of bed!

I own one pair of CAT boots (See: Stella in brown) that I’m wearing right now and have worn, walked, and biked in since they arrived in September. They might be the most comfortable boots I own.

The Fermenting Cellar and various buildings in the Distillery are so lovely for their sheer beauty and oldness. I have a crush on this set of chairs. Reminds me of something Mum would have at our house.

This is me today. Hi!
No, not Nikki! Although I did have a real heart on for that song when it came out. Keri and I played it on the repeater and danced in our jogging pants. Last week I was received this awesome little portable, bluetooth speaker. Took it to the hot tub lounge and hellooooo, it’s so loud. Sounds wicked!
On Valentines we went to the Hot Pop Factory’s first ever 3D Kissing Booth. I packaged up our print and gave it to my love for Valentines Day. They just posted the video. It was so fun. I love, love, love 3D printing. See other neat stuff they make in blog posts here and here.
