This was me at 6am these are my new Moovboots. Best ones yet. Siberian Huskies. And now for something special, Street Style/Unstyle: You Decide! Rarrrr… WoRD Up. Yesterday was my first time on the mic in Dundas Square.  There was a cute boy painting a mural all day, was pretty. I thought I would have been more nervous but I wasn’t, I was just like “ok lets do this”.  That’s a good sign. I have more anxiety now that it’s over. Been there so many times, seen peeople perform, danced, celebrated Olympic wins, it always seemed like such a huge space and now it feels smaller. One of my fav performances was John Mayer, I know he’s a bit of a dick but I really like him. I wanna do something big there. The whole place is Virgin Mobile sponsor/branded. My mind was thinking abut Virgin America…can we get a plane in there somehow and have a party on it? It was pretty chilly out. Winter is coming. It snowed today, so pretty. I quite love the winter. The sun is shining so bright in our place this afternoon. I’m watching “I hope They Serve Beer in Hell” the Tucker Max movie, VERY offensive and very funny. Some people really wont like this movie and find it quite inappropriate, good thing I’m not friends with many of those ones. Haha. Lots of swearing. Did you see this? It would be great if you txt “armyourself” to 898475 (reg txt rate whatever your plan is) and for every txt received GlaxoSmithKline Inc. will donate $5 to Look Good Feel Better. Woke up to hear Sabrina talking about the new HD box and I knew duty called. Electronics are my area of specialty in the house, hers are cooking and wearing high heels. Tonight is a hot double date with HBO, TMN and my sister. I hooked up the box. Photo is from yesterday at Dundas Square, mic needs a  MO on  it.  Event was good did some interviews, think I was on CTV news. Met some rad peeps. Was quite chilly and windy. Got new Moovboots that kept my little feet warm. They are sooo nice got some great pix I will share tomorrow. Taking today off to do nothing but nothing. Saturday, siturday, relaxurday 🙂

Got on the plane about 11pm and shortly after we were sailing high we were given our dinner. I remember flying Air NZ when I was younger that the food was delish, guess what? It still is! I had this seared tuna and cute salad with lobster cream dressing. The dessert was some kinda pineapple/carrot delish. After I had the main course, lamb & potatoes w/ beans. I perfectly paired my dinner with gravol and a glass of red wine so I could sleep like a baby girl. (Mind you, there were some loud ass screaming little shits on the plane. Babies don’t seem to sleep so well on the plane, who knew? Luckily I decided it was not worth hurting them or grinding my teeth so I turned up my audio to drown them out.) This is me after 1o hours airplane sleep. Good morning! Would you like some brekky? Why yes, yes I would! Had this stuff then crepes + fresh berries & whipped cream. Hellooooo homeland. Nice to see you again. You can always spot sheeps cruising in pastures from the plane when you get a little closer than this. I almost got stopped at bag check on the way out of the airport cause the scanner guy saw I had gum boots (mine are actually red Moovboots). In NZ gum boots are worn by sheep farmers and in fields etc (which is not cool with airport security). I told him mine were fashion over function and had never left a big city. He laughed, I laughed, he let me go. I sure have a way with security guys! I totally thought today was Sunday (like it is at home in Canada) but it really is MONDAY today in NZ. I’m not sure what is going on today. It’s like I feel still positive but I’m having of of those ‘everything is pissing’ me off days and that is pissing me off. I really wanna get home to my computer and work on stuff. I’m super busy at work, like so busy that I’m always playing catch up and that dives me mental. I need to breathe to be creative. I’ve got a situation you could say. Had a lovely lunch meeting today about a potential project. It was the perfect thing to break up my day.  I wore my red Moovboots today and my feet are really happy. There are police everywhere at home which means there’s likely no chance of getting and w33d delivered in the next week which also makes me angry. It’s days like these when I cruise home and relax while I watch TV. I got the new Wired mag last night which is pretty awesome except I hardly ever read magazines anymore. I wish I had an ipad. Wow, who am I? Negative Nancy? I need to stop this. Once today is over and I leave the office I promise myself to be all smiles. I ‘m walking over to the postie to pick up a package that [fingers crossed] is a new camera. One of my loving friends sent one which is ironic because it’s his birthday and I’m getting something. I really wish I had send him a mail, fuck. Where is my head at? I realise that working everyday in a row without any breaks gives me a short fuse. Love that it’s thunder-stormy today. I hope it rains all day to be honest. Woke up with a nasty kink in my neck and i’ve been having trouble turning left all day. Anyhow,  I got you some flowers because it’s kinda gloomy and I want you to feel happy too. My nail polish is chipped but its matchy. These guys are special. Aren’t they beautiful, don’t you love them? One of the reason I love the rain so much is my collection of Wellies & Moovboots paired with bright rain jackets. It really does make a difference. It’s alive! FORA launched last night and so far the buzz is pretty positive. It’s a fashion magazine about beauty, trends and has contributions from featured bloggers and a couple friends. Been crazy busy this week dudes. I love blogging and get all anxious when I don’t update. All is good. Magazine mini launch on Monday and Kelly Cutrone is coming to MTV. So excited, Gang of Bloggers coming and media too. Phone light keeps going off and driving me nuts, message waiting. Wore a cute outfit today. Been dressing more fun and fashiony (than a cold day) now the weather has warmed. spring fever baby, take me for a ride

Even if it doesn’t last, even if it snows again, I don’t care, this makes me so happy. I need to get my bike tuned up, tires pumped, rust removed. She wants me to rider her. I walk past her everyday, we glance at each other. We want to be together. We will be together. She’s beautiful. This one was taken  in an alley off Queen Street in March about two years ago. I used to have red wellies but they ‘somehow’ went missing.  It was really weird, I went away from the weekend and came back and they were gone. My heart still hopes they turn up one day, until then I’m happy to have red Moovboots. I really hope Spring is on it’s way and winter has sprung. I’m ready for sunshine, bare legs and open toes. Fingers crossed, we can only hope. Enjoy it while it’s here!
