things like this make it not seem so bad

Surprise write up about me & social media in a Geek Girl feature from Two Geeks and a BlogBob who wrote it said “Holy cow!  Casie Stewart may be a Jedi!” and quoted Star Wars. He also quoted “a blog is an engine” which was really nice because I like that one and it didn’t even get any comments.

Found these today too. Didn’t know they existed, Search Stories from Google. This is called Newbie, it’s a grandma embracing technology.

Oh Google, always warming my heart. You know just how to talk nerdy to me. You press all the right buttons.

I’ve decided not to be so upset about my stuff, shit happens.  No sense wasting time feeling sorry for myself. I’ll get it sorted this week and you never know, it just might turn up.

Hey Casie! Yeah, losing your phone and other items royally sucks. I'd be pissed to. However, it's just “stuff”. Revel in the fact you're the one bringing so much enthusiasm and fun to the Internet, not the technology itself. That other stuff will get sorted out rest assured, and you'll be tweeting Jersey Shore pics *cringe* before you know it 😉

Thanks for the shout out on the post! Would love to sit down for an interview in the future if you have the time. Until then, keep the keys in the social media ignition and the engine running!

I tried tried to post this and it disappeared but it went something like……

AWH darling!! this sucks, but you're right, shit happens, and so does KARMA.

Meaning they will get theirs, and you will get yours, which you deserve (like the write up above!)

    Hope it turns up though!!

Casie – you need a COMMENTS button with flashing neon lights. Orrr maybe it's just me. But I did have trouble finding the comments button.

At any rate, glad you dug the profile at Two Geeks and a Blog and totally hope you'll do an interview for us. Yep, I know we had plans to do this a couple weeks about, but now is a better time than ever! Consider it and APB for your missing phone and stuff. That would be a fun interview theme to run with!
