Was having lunch in Bellwoods with a friend today (as I so often do) and I must look like a hipster because I was interviewed by CBC about the recent crackdown on drinking in the park. Apparently neighbours of the park have been cracking down on reporting public drinking and drug use (joint smoking?) in Bellwoods. I’ve had my share of afternoons in the park drinking a few tall cans with friends, it’s really fun! All I have to say is, if you’re drinking the park, don’t make a mess or be too obvious. Enjoy the sunshine out there, it’s turned into a beautiful day! <3 CASIE

Toronto Pride 2013

Toronto Pride was a blast on Sunday. Danced in the street, had some drinks, and saw heaps of familiar faces. Ran into my sister on Church! Met a lovely deaf couple on a patio and fully had a conversation. It was nice to put my sign language skills to use. My ASL used to be pretty good but when you don’t use it, you lose it. This lovely boy on the left is my friend from Ted Baker’s 25th birthday party. Renaldo and I have photos from the last few years at Pride. Always with the great outfits! Love these outfits. Want one. Do NOT love his shoes. Those things creep me out. These animals really creeped me out. The rest of the photos below are less safe for work so this is your warning! Hope you had a lovely long weekend. I got this feeling on the summer day when you were gone…  I crashed my car into the bridge. I watched, I let it burn. I threw your sh*t into a bag and pushed it down the stairs cleaned the house, baked cookies, and make kale chips. Happy Fathers Day! They are a little burnt but I DON’T CARE, I LOVE IT. I crashed drove my car the Lexus all day yesterday to the Bowmanville zoo (photos coming) and around town in massive traffic, but I DON’T CARE, I LOVED IT. This is my Dad & I – Love you Dad! He’s in LA for the LA Roadsters Fathers Day show. I don’t care, I love it. With me in photos is Nataleigh from Coral TV. Photos by Shannon Litt Today is the Field Party, one of the BIGGEST MMVA weekend shindigs. It’s run by my friend Karine Delage and last year I filmed an episode of THIS on Coral TV at the event. It’s the spot everyone goes before hitting the red carpet (or bar) at the MMVAs. Tonight, I’m planning to go to the Universal Music party and the 235 Films party for the Drake video (my BF worked on Started from the Bottom).  Last year he (BF) won an MMVA award for DWW’s ‘Big Wheels’ vid. This year, The Field Inc. is  celebrating  10 MMVA noms for their awesome directors.  Huzzahhhhh! The VIP giftbags are valued at $500 (um, HELLO!) and include the Just Dance video game (I have/love this on XBox!), Green & Black chocolate (YUM!), Atlantis Niagara Ice wine, Hypnotiq, Fireball, Sleeman, John Allans products, Calvin Klein underwear (M/F?), MJ Cosmetics, and treats from Bath & Body Works. May Long Weekend – Summer is here!

Had a great steak dinner last night then sat out on the dock. Finished the night having a beer in the hot tub by the moonlight. It was beautiful! En route to put the boat in the water. Went to garage sale. Found some movies and a long, black, Angora sweater. It was 75¢ but I have her $2 and they laughed their heads off. It was pretty funny. Have an awesome day. Wear sunscreen!  And bug spray. I got eaten alive by bedroom intruders last night! So many mozzies. CASIE

Canadian National Exhibition 2012

The CNE yesterday was so fun. I had not been since I was a kid. Rode the midway at sundown. Played some bingo. Tried bacon wrapped hot dog in beer batter covered in bacon w/ Nutella. Saw a Styx cover band. Scored free parking. Saw soem surfing babes. Drove top town in Hawaii’s car watching the air show. This weekend has been perfect end of summer fun. Summer 2012: These Are A Few of My Favourite Things

As I was looking at photos I remembering heaps of cool things I did over the past few months. I am so thankful for the Internet, Twitter, Instagram etc. cause I could forgotten moments if I wasn’t constantly documenting. I started blogging in 2005 as a way to ‘keep more memories’, seven years later it’s the best thing I could have done. It works as a constant reminder to be grateful & show gratitude for all the wonderful people & experiences in my life. These are some of my favourite things I’ve done in the last few hot months. Summer Highlights 2012: Muskoka Weekends & Boating. Montreal weekend. Skydiving in Boston. Harley Riding. Outdoor Rock climbing w/ Ford & Bloggers. Beerfest w/ Carly & Lauren. Partying w/ the girls. Filming w/ Coral TV & growing the channel to over 1,000 subscribers & 125,000+ views! Hanging out w/ Mum. Driving on the Ford Track in Michigan w/ media from around the world. Oh and this guy 😉 Speaking at NXNE. NXNE Parties MMVA Show, Gifting lounges, & parties Banff World Media Festival, first time out West! Birthday falling on the same day at Hawaii’s company launch Being a Production Assistant on a short film in Orangeville. Hitting the beaches in Miami & Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Doing the Edgewalk of the Cn Tower w/ Dad Working w/ O’Nizz & Raymi for Menkes, video is 20,000+ views now! The next few weeks are super busy. I’m realxing this weekend in preparation for FNO, Fashion Cares, ten days of TIFF and end of September activities. Here we go!
