Oh hey Monday! Finally most of the ice has melted so I didn’t have to skate to work.

Wearing pink jeans from Joe Fresh and totally forgot I had these old Jeffrey Campbell sneaker wedges. Oh man, this weather has me dreaming of Spring big time. Really wish I still had by bike. Hoping to pick up a new one in the next couple weeks. Also hoping to book a winter vacation w/ Sean somewhere warm and romantic.

Hearts always make me think of Mum.

This weekend I went to some of the antique shops at Dundas + Keele. If you are in the market for a typewriter, vintage jewellery, or furniture, this is the place for YOU. I moved to this area in the summer and I’ve finally started to explore it. There are heaps of neat little shops around here. One of the best shops is called ‘The Art of Demolotion’, heaps of neat things piled up in the tiny little store. I love going antique furniture shopping, it’s so exciting since you never know what you’re going to find! I’ve always loved antique furniture since I was a child. There’s something so special about buying an old piece of furniture. My friend recently moved house and decided to buy some antique furniture from somewhere like antiquesworld.co.uk. It looks fantastic in her house and I’m tempted to buy some for myself too!!

I didn’t get anything this time but once I tidy up our spare room I’ll be looking to redesign it with some great vintage treasures!

I’ve been a fan of Harvey’s my whole life. Dad used to take us there for lunch all the time. It was one of those father/daughter things we’d get up to after a walk around the mall or a visit to check out electronics at Future Shop. If you are from the USA or anywhere else, you probably don’t know what Harvey’s is but trust me, they make great burgers.

Not too long ago I made my fav burger at myharveyscopyright.com. Shortly after, they created this Vine of my burger and THEN sent me a t-shirt with my burger on it. So freaking awesome.

This weekend I went to Harvey’s and got my burger. Unfortunately mine turned out WAY messier than theirs. Clearly I’m no expert at making beautiful burgers! Wanted to share this campaign with you as I thought it’s a great use of social media. Props to Stephanie Fusco at Proximity for including me in the fun.

Ok, now I’m hungry again!
