Last weekend Canadian Club treated Mum, Jenie and to the Sheepdogs concert. These are some of official event photos. The T-List crew was in full force and we joined the band at Cadillac lounge for drinks after the show. Super nice guys.
Thank you Praxis for a great time. Mum had an awesome birthday and it was night we’ll never forget.

During TIFF, Nissan Canada launched #LEAFTAXI and gave FREE rides to people on Twitter. I was lucky to have them chauffer me around to events and parties. Check out this great video of the campaign and see who took part in the program. I give you brand+ for the campaign Nissan and Shannon Hunter, nice WORK.

It’s been a busy day! Arrived early at the office, did some writing, and a conference keynote all before noon. I posted the slides from my presentation with Stephen Henrik (The Globe & Mail) on the Pulp&Fiber blog. The subject was ‘Role of Social TV in Building the Brand’ read it here. For the record, if you know Stephen, he did not say “shake that” during the presentation.
Last night my sister came with me to dance at King West Fitness. We are BOTH In the Army of Sass from now until December. We perform at the Virgin Mobile MOD Club Theatre on December 8th & 14th. Book your calendar. The show is ALWAYS sold out. It’s going to be AWESOME. Jenie and I haven’t danced together since we were kids and we’ve never actually been in the same class.

In other news, check out this chill track by artist “Everyday“. He’s from the same mgmt that brought us The Weekend. I blogged his first video with Kate Upton over the summer. I’m into it.
Hope your day has been magical. If not, you still have time to make it awesome. Go out and get it!
This year I’m participating in the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure on September 30, 2012. I’m running with Lauren, Sarah, Courtney, and Harmony as TEAM 5138008. Get it? BOOBIES! I’ve been training by running, dancing (joined a burlesque troupe!), eating healthy, and mentally preparing for 5k. At this point I can to 2.5k and by 12 days from now, I’ll be ready!
When I think about the estimated over 23,000 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year in Canada, I’m happy to be supporting a cause that touches so many of us. I heard yesterday about a friends Mum being diagnosed with Breast Cancer and I wrote this post right away.
As of right now I have raised 16% of my personal goal of $300. I would like to blow that number out of the WATER!
You can make a difference. With your support, the Foundation will continue funding breast cancer research, education and health promotion initiatives across the country, making a difference from coast to coast. To learn more about the work the Foundation does, visit www.cbcf.org
A donation of $20, $50 or $100 will really help me get closer to my fundraising goal. Of course, any donation will make a difference and help create a future without breast cancer. You can make your donation here.
Pink glasses, pink sky!
Me running for the CURE!
Pink Strawberry Tic Tacs for Breast Cancer Month!
Mum and I in MATCHING Pink jackets!
Me yesterday in Pink wrinkle free Oxford & BF cardigan from Mark’s, Hunter Wellies, Abercrombie demin (so old), and a smile.
We’re still deciding what to wear as a team put I assure you it will be pink, cute, and race ready! Visit my personal donation page at runforthecure.com/goto/casiestewart to make a donation or view the team page. See Lauren’s most recent blog post here detailing our outfit options.
This is me at work today. I set off the alarm by accident when I came early 🙂
Twitter rolled out some changes to profiles and mobile apps for all users today. Check out my first post on the Pulp&Fiber blog “The Thread” to learn more. I’ll be writing regular posts related to social media on the P&F blog so add the blog to your RSS. Now!
This photo is from DRESSED presented by Maybelline during Fashion’s Night Out at Burroughes in Toronto. Thanks F-List & Leesa Butler! See the set on F-List’s Facebook. Friend in the middle is Miche Foran. I mentioned her as one of my fav designers in a recent eBay ‘Style Stories’ profile. She’s just getting started but has amazing style, designs, headwear. We’re both Taurus, love her.
Yesterday was awesome. This is my first ‘official’ day outfit. We have a farmers market in our neighbourhood this weekend. CN Tower looking beautiful as always, it’s getting colder out now. WTHR app is hard to get used to. I keep reverting to my ‘traditional’ weather app.
Saw some cool old records on my way home from work. Got a free cupcake. Brock McLaughlin has a new campaign for RW&Co? He’s blogging now, it’s entertaining.
I always loved this movie and still want to be a mermaid.
I wish I could be friends with these girls and make up dances with them. We’d be the coolest crew in Toronto. youtu.be/kpZhZAr1cQU

I shot this photo as I got out of the car today and walked into the office. My new office. Yes, me! After two years of working independently as an influencer, spokesperson, and consultant, I’m entering the agency world of 9-5. My new role is Director of Social Media at Community, a Pulp&Fiber company. I am STOKED. Super excited to join a growing company with cool clients and rad people that’s located right in the heart of my beloved Queen West hood.
I’ve been writing ‘THIS IS MY LIFE” blog for almost eight years as a way to document and remember my adventures. I’m not gonna stop. My life is about to get a whole lot awesomer and I am excited to share it with you. Thanks for being part the journey so far. 🙂
Follow @CommunityAgency & @Pulp&Fiber on Twitter for all kinds of design, fun, & cool client stuff we’re working on.
