Got some new jeans in the mail from Mavi Canada! THANKS GUYS. Told them on Twitter how my most fav jeans were Mavi’s in highschool. I  worked at the mall and wore jeans all the time back then. I picked out Galaxy Blue and Snakeskin in the Serena style ‘perfect fit’. They actually fit perfect. The snakeskin ones are stretchier and than the blue ones. There’s lots of new technology in how denim is made these days and the new Mavi’s are more like pants (vs. jeans). I never forgot that Mavi means ‘denim’. A girl in my high school married a guy from Turkey (where they are made) and she was one of my style icons back then.  (Props if anyone can guess who she was?
