Just kidding, I don’t have a show yet! Yesterday I woke up and rode the subway just after rush hour, it was still packed. I was heading to BNotions Internet & Strategy to be filmed for an upcoming panel I’m on. They told me originally 3-5 hours and I was like ‘WHAT DO WE NEED THAT LONG FOR?’. I’m pretty speedy & no fuss to work with, especially when shooting. We were done in about an hour which included Broll too. WIN! Panel is called Fashion Connect TO, it’s at the Gladstone April 7th and it’s free. There are 89 people already attending. Get a ticket here! Last night I stopped by Abode w/ Keri & saw these lovely peeps. Awwww. Tonight during the six o’clock news there’s a special on being cool on the internet and prolific amazing tweets,  I’m part of it.  Not sure if it is national, it might be.  Thre’s a spot running today on Global enticing you to watch. Ahhhh. I’m often nervous before things like this because despite how genuine kind/nice/grateful you are you sometimes come off different after editing. I was asked about all the great things I get to do because of my job (blog). To be honest, I’m thankful every day for what I do, I work really hard at it and Iove sharing it with you. #FINGRSCROSSED! OMGaGA.

Leather jacket, sweet ride. I rarely ever take TTC. I noticed that today. I pretty much walk everywhere. I stay in my neighbourhood heaps. I need to tune up my bike. Anyone have a hook up? I have a varity of talents for barter. Seeing a pack of cops will forever remind me of the G20. Google “casie stewart riot girl“. I hope I never have to be in a situation like that again. Running through the streets soaking wet, people were being detained and arrested, cops everywhere in riot gear, riots. No,  thank you. Last time I was here I was in American Pie Beta House. I like this campus. It’s really pretty and old. I walked home after. It was pretty warm out. Woke up and went to my computer like usual. Check twitter, email and guess who showed up… this guy: Luckily for us, the CRTC has been asked to reconsider billing rules. I really hope that they big ISP (internet service providers) don’t go through with UBB (user based billing). Just think about all the creative people and entrepreneurs that are running some of the coolest businesses on a shoestring budget and rely on the internet? Bye-bye. Megan has the same dreams as me and all the other nerds, unlimited internet!! Considering how much time I spend on the interwebs, I’d be BROKE and lookin’ at this all the time instead of sharing sunshine & awesomism with you. For those of you waiting to find out WHO won the Freestyle Friday contest. I’ll post this afternoon. There were SO MANY great entries. Thank you, you guys are AWESOME. In other news, I’m going to LA & SF Virgin America soon since I’ve got a few flights to use up before they leave YYZ April 6th. You wanna go to California too? The Z-List has a blog contest where you can win a round trip flight on Virgin America. Contest closes Thursday, March 3rd and all you have to do it BLOG. Check it out hurrrre. i’m on tv today. does anyone even watch rogers daytime?

Today I’m on Rogers Daytime (again, HA!) for the Love a Heart Auction for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Show is on at 10am & 3pm. The auction is tonight and it’s gonna be hilariously fun/awesome. The whole group of 20 that are being auctioned off are a hoot; they’re are good looking with a sense of humor. What more can you ask for? Not much. The peeps being featured on ‘daytime’ today are Brock McLaughin and I along with Ally & Shannon who are running the auction/event. Babe #1 Babe #2 I’m stoked to have been chosen, mostly because I’ve wanted to be in an auction since Saved By the Bell/90210. I’m wearing a gorgeous dress made by Kingi at Peach Berserk JUST for this event.  Ah, celebrity…..I kid I kid. Did you know that the Peach Pit (aka Peach Berserk) makes custom dresses AND wicked custom prints. You can print a silk with your name/face and make a whole outfit. Not even joking.  I am so in love with the shop (hence why I always tell you about it!). Honestly though, I hope one of you reading this thinks “I wanna go on a date with Casie Stewart, I’m gonna make a bid“.  I’m super fun to hang out with, you can ask around. Srsly. Oooh BTW, you can also win a bag from Nella Bella and some other stuff. I think there will be lots of babes there. Valentine anyone? social media week has started and i am social me.

Heard some people from Roots Canada talk about social media this morning. It was a great talk for retailers or brands who are just getting into social media. Keri & I didn’t stay too long. I get antsy and have a hard time listening to a topic when I have so much to say about it. Tonight it’s a different story, I get to have a say. I’m in a debate on brands & social media at the Mill Street Brewery. The event is hosted by Wikibrands a book written by my friend Sean Moffit and Mike Dover about “Reinventing Your Company in a Customer-Driven Marketplace”. They like Wordles just like me. Who knew social media would take over in all kinds of industries around the world? It’s amazing.  I talking about love brands, social media & the people behind them. This is the second year of Social Media Week & you can see the schedule for Toronto here. This week for me is full of events & people talking about something I love, heaps of familiar faces and lots of new people. Keri & I cruised the downtown underground this afternoon and rode the streetcar. I got a My Little Pony in my Happy Meal at McDonalds too. I’ve been eating way less maccas BTW 🙂 Did you know Toronto’s streetcar system is one of the few in North America still operating along street-running tracks and has been operating since the mid-19th century. We are a cool city. AND, did you know that VW commercial I posted yesterday from the Super Bowl. Guess who the little kid is?
