the internet is a funny place

I was watching Jeopardy like I do pretty much every night I can. I saw this babe with a bowtie named J.R. so I tweeted it. Tweeting shows is one of my favorite things. It makes watching TV more intertaining and interactive. I do alot of work on the computer so it feels like I’m spending time with friends, which I am. I checked the hashtag and relized I wasn’t the only one noticing. Googled him naturally, found an article. Read the comments and… there he was. A second article posted today. He’s a Nashville Scenester with a signature bowtie. I also just notied this, heh heh. The Show premieres tonight. I’ve watched the first three episodes, it’s funny and…sexual.

Damnit, if I didn’t already work here, I’d be alllll over this shit. I’d love to see a show about hot bloggers, think Sex & the City vs. The Hills vs. something really nerdy & cool. This is me today. Grey hair, glasses, Dr. Martens, tan, smile. I just went to Mc Donalds for lunch.  It was tasty as usual, I know it’s bad for me but I like it and i’ve been eating the stuff my whole life and it’s still not “caught up to me”. Life is short, do what makes you happy, eh! The stage is getting set up at work for the MMVA show June 20th. I’m pretty stoked that I’m the Twitter person, it’s the most fun job I reckon. Karrera is coming over tonight. She moved out West in Jan and we’ve been friends since we were kids so it’s pretty exciting. Today when I logged into Tumblr I was like WTF, YOU ARE BLACK NOW? Not that there’s anything wrong with it, I would have said the same thing is it was any colour. The reason Tumblr is black is they are requesting & matching donations for Safe Our Gulf. I get to frustrated watching stuff about the oil spill. So sad really. Ok, that’s all for now! MUAH! xoxo

Spent the night at work tweetin’ away as @mtvcanada and watching the MTV movie Awards. Feelin’ lucky that this is my job, I would be tweeting the show from my personal account given this wasn’t my gig so it’s pretty awesome. Was NOT impressed with Xtina’s weak performance, Katy Perry was good. I love her so much man, she’s so hot.  Tom Cruise was hilar with J.Lo. There was a bunch of swearing which was a shocker but funny. I’m taking Friday afternoon of this week and coming in late tomorrow morning. I’m gonna get a bit of work done tonight for Carly (my agent) before I hit the hay. Ok nighty night. Feelin’ pretty tired. Looking forward to sleeping in! xo

Woke up and cruised down to the urban umbrella beach to sit in the sun. Been working on stuff/tweeting all afternoon. I’m sending this via mobile cause for some lame reason WordPress is being a jackass and not performing according to my needs. Bitch better pick it up or else I’m moving platforms. Downloading the new version now and I hope that fixes it. Aside from that, day has been great. Lots of exciting things happening. Katy Perry’s new vid has been leaked, you seen it? Boys + Bag Pipes + Drum + Summer = OMG Love at first sight Made friends with the dudes and asked if they play parties. They do anything. I wanna invite them to all parties hosted or organized by me. I had a dream last night that I got a tattoo sleeve. Problem was I had been drinking and I got it on the wrong arm. Duh! My bed begged me to stay this morning, always hard leaving someone you love. Its really hot humid today, I love it. I’m not really into open toe shoes this year. Gonna rock the Cons and Dr. Martins all summer. Looking forward to tonight event, going with Carly. Guy said he has a surprise for me, I wonder what it could be? Love the video I made last night. The photos are a set I took months ago. My thoughts behind it are falling in love with someone, how fast it can happen, how many emotions you can go through during one conversation, the connection you feel in a matter of seconds. Wore my hair gray today. If I get rained on, the colour will run slightly. High maintenance today. Haha Enjoy the day, its almost the weekend!
