Saw this on BlogTO today and I really want to Edgewalk the CN Tower. Hoping I can do it soon. I hear it’s kinda pricey. Totally worth it for the rush. Imagine someone unhooks themselves and jumps off? I’m sure they though of that already & have taken precautions. Talk about ultimate suicide!  Don’ worry, that won’t happen to me, I have to blog about. I’d love to Keek from up there. Got a different perspective on Toronto’s famous “Graffiti Alley” this weekend. If you don’t know it, YOU ARE CRAZY. It’s famous and awesome and can be found near Queen/Spadina, south side back alley. Learned history of graffiti, vocabulary and styles.  Someone covered the Banksy on Hotel Ocho. Talked about the controversy around graffiti in our city.  Lots of it.  One of the pieces in my video is “Blob Ford”. SO many cool ones. Good artists. Thanks to Tour Guys & Jaunt.ca for the tour. Nice to get to0 know a little more about Toronto.  Good collection of Toronto street art here. I like this one, obvs. haha I was postered on Queen Street a few years back by Toronto Poster Boy.  They were big & bright, done with wheat paste. I’m a rad driver. Have grown to love driving since I’ve been doing it more lately (Toyota Matrix, Chevy Cruize, Ford Fusion). My fav one today was the Tijuan. VW driving blogger blonde. OUTTA THE WAY BUDDY, MAMA’S COMIN’! haha No seriously though, ripped corners mega hard. Crushed the brakes, tested them good. Liked having a pro driver in the passenger seat too. Track driving is fun, I like testing high performance things. Keri is a good driver. She has a VW and it’s featured in her show The Canadian Explorer. Starting to quite enjoy the Olympus PEN camera. Took some getting used to. When I get better I’d like to try some difference lenses.  Fancy, huh. Wear good shoes for optimal driving performance & cuteness. Speaking of cuteness… Thanks for a fun afternoon VW!

Got something really, really neat in the mail yesterday. Any guesses? A cape? A toga outfit? Nope… Au Lit Fine Linens sent me 100% Egyptian Cotton Linens with MY NAME ON THEM! See the eyes on the front are not attached to the actual shoe? Docs don’t wear out that often but (if you have been reading this blog for a while) you know I am hard on things. I put everything through the “Casie Stewart: this is my life” test which is heaps of use and lots of wear. I’m REALLY great at testing products, especially electronics & clothes. (HINTY HINT) The things about Docs is they last forever. The shop on Queen Street kindly replaced my pair with a shiny new set of boots. When Fall rolls around I’ll be rockin’ them with that sexy leather jacket I picked up from Holts during the Crystal Light Challenge.   Tonight I’m staying at the SOHO Hotel with a friend courtesy of Jaunt.ca and tomorrow Keri and I are doing the Volkswagen Driving Tour. Our city is full of really rad things to do. Did you know that the pool at Bathurst & Dundas is free and open till midnight? It was packed last night. Last night was also super hot. I went for a bevy with cute boy and he brought a water gun. Gentlemen, do this. It’s cute and fun and very practical during this extreme heat wave. Look at this happy face 🙂 July 26th – Art Battle Sweet 16 Have you ever been to an Art Battle? It’s competitive paint battling! This round they have 16 painters and it is going to be exciting. Last one I went to was AB:11. The great Hall gets packed with painters and it’s quite a site to see. I recommend you check it out. Facebook deets here.  Parkdale Bazzar: Wolfie Prints Sale My friend Nicole (you will see her at Peach Berserk) has a rad Etsy store (you know I lvoe Ets). The shop is called Wolfie Prints and it’s a collection of original hand drawings on clothing and paper.  She is park of the Parkdale Bazzar, Saturday, July 23 from 11am-5pm at Parkdale Town Square. This is my fav shirt of hers, the Sugar Skull Tee. One more cool thing! Rule Britannia!  My friends at Bangs&Blush wrote about this night for Shirk Mag.
