OH is ‘overheard on Twitter if you don’t know by now @itsbrownbarbie is my charming and oh so stylish roommate Sabrina. #smirnoffXchange is the hashtag for tonight Tonight’s Smirnoff  party is a ‘Nightlife Exchange’ with India. I wrote about it in the ‘hey, wanna go to a party?‘ ticket giveaway post about a week ago. We were chatting about what to wear and if we should India theme our outfits and Brown Barbie said “you don’t wanna party in a sari”. She looks so cute dressed like this, much different than her usual Barbie style. There’s a couple reasons, the fancy material she has on below is highly flammable and all that fabric could cause a party foul and easily get ruined. Just think, heaps of fabric, high heels, copious amounts of alcohol, sounds like trouble to me. I’m wearing a vintage kaftan that was Mum’s from the 1970’s. She shortened it back then and I’ve tailored it a little to fit me just perfect. Love wearing Mum’s old stuff cause when I blog it she pops in to check and is happily surprised. The place we are going is called Munition Factory and the Smirnoff crew started setting up early this week. Pretty stoked to show you photos of it all tomorrow. Yesterday I gave away a flight on Virgin America at Finch Station. I let out a few clues via Twitter/Blog and in order to be eligible you had to meet me there with an I LOVE VIRGIN AMERICA sign. I rode the subway playing Angry Birds drinking Vitamin Water hoping like crazy that people were ready to meet me.  Imagine if NO ONE was there? Oh man, I’d be mortified. Well, there were a bunch of people and they all had signs! Christine was the first one to spot me on the subway car and I heard her yell “she’s here” which was followed by her running beside the car to the door where I was about to exit. Imagine my surprise when I saw all these beautiful faces! (BTW don’t judge me for the crap photos, returning my camera today as the flash seems to have died. I am a camera killer.) Analog: Digital: In order to make sure the winner was TOTALLY random I was blindfolded with my pashmina and stood in the middle of the group whilst spinning around then stopped and pointed. Not the most advanced method but deff the most tried, trusted and true. The winner was Rochelle Latinsky. Congrats! After the big win some peeps had to go back to work and I took Phil & Tyler to Boston Pizza for a little lunch date. Big thanks to my new bestie Calvin at the Yonge Sheppard Boston Pizza for treating us all. I have a new boyfriend, his name is Andy.

He is an ipad. We are in love. Remember I said I really want an ipad? Well,  I painted, scratched, and WON. I could feel I was gonna win, something inside me just knew. Power of positive thought I tell ya. We spent the night together and I took him to dinner last night too. I named him Andy because I won him at the Amex Canvas event yesterday and it was artsy. We’re gonna be makin’ art together and  gettin’ creative and I kinda have Edie hair anyways. I downloaded heaps of apps: Globe & Mail, Angry Birds, ibooks, CityTV Video, Google Earth, Draw Free, Page Capture, Bubble, Twitter, Tweetdeck, Mashable, Facebook, GT Racing (fun), We Doodle (fun) and my fav game Cut the Rope. Thanks Amex. You are awesome! I’m really frustrated at the moment with a couple things. It’s one of those days. I need to get outside and soak up some sun. Maybe andy and I will go down by the lake on my bike. This is my photo, I am very deep & emotional. Andy Warhol drew the knives, I drew the blood and showed emotion. Someone on Twitter just said I am cute when I’m mad, why do boys always say that? I AM NOT CUTE. I AM ANGRY. I am really excited for December to come, I will be travelling and that makes me happy. I have crazy awesome friends who do really cool things. Today and everyday, I’m thankful for the things I have and peoole around me. I thought hey, why not let you know about some of that awesomism? Hey look, it’s me your fav little blogging munchkin’ baberoo. This is me at SFO airport about 45 mins an hour ago. SFO, it’s quite nice for an airport. Tomorrow kicks off Toronto International Film Fest. Let the wild rumpus begin! I’m going to an opening party and screening tomorrow. I’m bringing arm candy and he’s young and cute. The next ten days are going to be insane. I need to stay focused and on track, I hate when I don’t adhere to my schedule. Although sometimes agressive, I try my best. I live by my calender these days. Without it, I’d forget everything. Been doing some stuff recently with the lovely Keri. New blog coming soon for her. Haven’t you missed her internet? Gearing up for New Zealand FW post TIFF. Organizing a Tweetup for Kiwi bloggers so we can all meet each other. Pretty stoked. I would really love to expand my relationships with international bloggers and visit more countries. There’s a huge designer garage sale on Saturday the 25th I’m hitting up with my cuzzie and Auntie. Stoked. Was thinking day dreaming about where I’m going to travel to next and a friend told me about this rad contest Intrepid Travel is doing on Tuesday Sept. 14th. It’s a Treasure Hunt and they are hiding eight globes around Toronto and those who find get free trips in exotic/amazing locations like Peru, Morocco and some other cool places. Not to be rude but I hope you have to work or go to school cause I cleared my calendar on Tuesday so I can try and win one of these things!
