It’s where beauty meets eats brains… So gross hot. I surprise myself all the time with my love for Zombies. I don’t like anything to do with blood or guts and cringe when I see them on TV. However…I love Zombie fun. I reckon I’ll be a Zombie pinup girl this year. If it rains tomorrow I will not be doing the Toronto Zombie Walk for the following reasons: It’s not fun to walk in the rain with a bunch of people Blood will stain my white wellies when it drips on them It’s not so fun to be a soaking wet cold Zombie Flesh woulds will wash off in the rain I don’t want to catch a cold before starting my new job

I slept for 12 hours last night. I laid down, exhausted, at 8pm and was woken up after 1am. Sabrina thought I had been at the Notable TV party. My body and mind obviously needed rest. Today’s a day for wellies, a mini and no tights….it’s gonna be 17 degrees! Oh, I love! I’m kinda gonna miss walking through the factory each morning. It’s really pretty especially during fall when the leaves on the vines change colour. Sabrina and I really enjoy this red vine. Don’t mind the gay look on my face! I’m much better when I smile… There’s a lot of history and old fixtures that I enjoy; the rail tracks, old boiler room, old fire hydrants. The new office will have it’s own things to love, this I do not doubt. The closing date for the Harajuku Lovers contest is FRIDAY! I originally messed up the date but have been informed by the sponsors that it is TOMORROW. I’ll be making the draw for the winner after 5pm. Tomorrow night the October edition of GenYTO at Spice Safar on King West. Come celebrate with me. Come meet and greet with a bunch of TO’s smart, young, cool people. It is a night not to be missed!! What’s up with the new Olympic Torch design? I don’t like it. I prefer a REAL torch.

high heels and moving furniture

Had a good sleep, feel rested. Fun weekend. We went antique shopping yesterday and found some jems. They need to be photographed before I tell you about them, they’re really that good. Rode the street car to work in the rain this morning. It was packed like sardines and I had some young guys armpit in my face for half the ride. I wore my Wellies and a rubber coat. I love when it rains,  I love wearing rain gear. The best thing about us moving on a rainy day is not going outside. We get keys to our new unit tonight; better view, higher up, more space.  I’v managed to avoid a case of the Mondays and am quite looking forward to the rest of the day. That’s all for now. Leaving 15 minutes earlier didn’t get us here any faster. National Car Free day but CP24 was showing massive traffic. Feel like it’s gonna be a productive one. Wore my wellies, there’s a rain-a-coming. Had a good sleep, back’s getting better. Feeling quite creative today.Might paint tonight. Time for a new sketch book again. I’ve filled up two every quarter for the past year. Found out I’m getting the new CK for men in the mail soon. Will have some samples too. I hope i comes in a big box. I wonder what catering will bring for lunch today. I’m reading a new book by Tucker Max. There’s a movie coming out of it. Pretty hilarious. I really should write down more stories. The ones that go untold and would never  be published here. I’ve done some pretty ridiculous and hilarious things. I’m thankful for all my experiences as they make me who I am today. I’m behind on FB & email messages, will get to that later. Gonna check a few bitches off my list so I feel good when lunch rolls in. Have a GREAT day! Bye. p.s. xylophones and zebras

i don’t always have coffee but sometimes i do. i make patterns in some things and avoid them in others. i like to avoid doing things in sequence that seem predictable. like smoking for example. i rarely smoke at work or during the day. not that it makes it any better. i love croissants. plain. butter. i don’t mind so much when it rains. it’s like winter, you have to dress for it.  wellies are obvious.  sabrina said ‘you have so many’ rain jackets. that’s because when it rains i get sad sometimes and when i have a nice jacket to wear i shift my perception that day and go ‘yes! i get to wear my rain coat’. it’s about perception. thunder roar and lightning bolt. when i was studying kabbalah i learned about shifting how i traditionally look at things and seeing them from different angles. when you step outside your comfort level or normal behavior and look at things differently, you create open space for positivity in your life.  you just gotta stay focused.  you just gotta stay focused. this is what my cup said today, so true. the way i see it #297 When I was young I was mislead by flash cards into believing that xylophones and zebras were much more common.
