This was a fun lil’ afternoon project yesterday. Took flowers and make my first summer flower crown. I used to make heaps of things as a kid, I really should make more. You should make more. I’ve penciled in some time with my sewing machine, Zoey. We’re well over due for a hang out. I can’t wait for my hair to grow now. Any tips? Tuesday night I popped into ‘Mattel Game On’ at GCI Group’s rooftop and played some games with friends. It was fun. I didn’t win the grand prize but it was nice to see the media peeps. I went last year too, see that post here. Recognize anyone? After games night I scooted to Bloor Street for a foodie event. We were at Noka Japanese thanks to Ken Samuel and the food was DELICIOUS. This plated selection is called the Threesome. Creative one haha 😉 First time trying this beer from Kensington brewing Company. Quite loving the new PEN Mini I recieved last week from Olympus. Edited the colours on this one using Picasa from Google. August 9-19th is SummerWorks, Toronto’s Indie Theatre & Arts Festival. I’m an Editorial Correspondent and will be blogging my top picks and festival experience on the SummerWorks blog. Last week I attended the SummerWorks VIP Summer Soiree and I *think you might see me in the society section of the Globe & Mail this weekend. It was a great dinner at the Great Hall on Queen West.
