Matchstick & Maybelline sent me this massive tank of makeup about a month ago. Graciously shared heaps of it with girl friends cause there was so much. Really love the XXL PRO Curl mascara, makes my lashes massive. It is one of thse double ended ones with the white stuff you put on before the black stuff. Vibrating mascara is still my fav but this is a close second.

Last night I stopped into The Hazelton for Macallan Scotch tasting. Wasn’t sure if I was gonna to make it through. I thought, ‘I don’t know if I can handle drinking scotch but I’m sure going to try’. I had a good time at the vodka tasting last time. I arrived with Keri and sat down right across from Cheryl who I know as @Cherrysberries. We had a lovely Quebecois man named Mark showing us the Macallan. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Mmm, mmm, mmm. View PostLast week I received a package from my friends at Matchstick Marketing once again. This time it was…a L’Oreal Paris Glam Kit!! OOOH YEAH! I was totally surprised by the huge size of the actual mascara unit. It was bigger than any type I have ever tried, and resembled a sex toy a little bit! You know, like the kind of thing you might see on a sex toy site like Loveplugs? Well, that’s what my roommate, sister and I thought. The kit came with the following jazz: 2 x L’Oréal Paris Double Extension Beauty Tubes Mascara 1 x L’Oréal Paris Cosmetic Bag 1 x L’Oréal Paris Cosmetic Brush Set 1 x L’Oréal Paris Eye Shadow Quad in Grey 1 x L’Oréal Paris Carbon Black Liquid Liner 1 x Guide to Smokey Eyes I took the liberty of capturing all the steps in using the mascara. I expected it to make me look more like a Glam babe, I’m talking Oscar worthy. I’ve used it a few more times since this first application and don’t mind it, but is not my most favorite. My lashes are actually quite long so it makes them kinda butterfly-eyeish. I think I need more practice or a lesson. I found it to be kinda chunky. Maybe I didn’t follow the instructions right? View PostToday I received a nice little package of Listerine Whitening Quick Dissolving Strips from my friends at Matchstick. I read the instructions and excitedly put the strip on my teeth. I am wearing it now. It tingles a bit and tastes like mint. A very ‘Listeriney ‘ (made that one up!) taste. It seem like it is kinda dissolving, it takes about 10-15 minutes. I’d like to use the strips all day and make my teeth uber white, super fast. I really need to find a Toronto Dentist now I think about it! I’m due for a visit. I remember I fell asleep with a Crest strip on once. I woke up, had a glass of water and screamed, my teeth were SOOOOOO sensitive. I surely do not recommend sleeping with white strips on. It hurts. My teeth are already pretty white so I’m not sure how the strips will work on me. Maybe my teeth will start glowing! One of my friends had her teeth whitened at a Dentist Fort Wayne so we have been sharing teeth whitening tips. Hopefully mine will be as bright as hers one day. That would be awesome. Maybe if I had kept my teeth in good condition from the start and had followed advice from my dentist in Glen Rock, perhaps I wouldn’t be in need of the strips but here we are… Now my teeth are looking a little whiter, I have been seriously contemplating treating myself to some Invisalign aligners. I have always wanted straighter teeth and therefore I think that now could be the right time to do something about it. An old colleague of mine who lives in Arizona recently had her Invisalign fitted by a Dentist in Yuma so I might have to ask her for some advice.…

It smells awesome it has a very light woody, spicy scent to it that lasts the whole day. I’ve had complements, so trust me on this one!
