Going to the UK for Thomas Sabo Spring Summer 2013

Tomorrow after work I am going to London, England. LONDON, ENGLAND MATE! Staying atLe Méridien Piccadilly Partying at The Shard: Tallest Building in the European Union (Open February 2013) Will be visiting the shard as one of the first to experiece the exclusive ‘View From The Shard’ with a champagne reception and party on the 69th floor in the viewing gallery. I’ll be joining press from around the world to preview the 2013 Thomas Sabo and meeting the new Brand Ambassadors. The Shard is on London Bridge Street and I could not be more excited. This trip is all my fav things, travel, press, social, and media.  Not to metion how charming English accents are! I’ve talked about going to London for years now and it’s HAPPENING! I’ll be documenting it all on Instagram and right here. Dan Witchalls Base Jump from The Shard: This is awesome. I can see myself getting into base jumping at some point.   If you had one day ONLY to yourself in London, what would you do? LMK! <3 CASIE

I’m kinda in love with you Brandy Melville.

Welcome to my new fav Queen West hot lil’ spot. Look at all those signs! Need the Queen West one for the office.  The shop is right in the heart of my neighbourhood at Queen/Spadina and completely filled with everything I enjoy wearing. This is the FIRST Brandy Melville store in Toronto (from LA). These are the things I got; skull scarf, girl tank, aztek change purse, John Galt flower print backpack. I am in LOVE LOVE with new backpack. I actually stalked it online for days, almost ordering, and today I GOT IT. That’s US, the big smoke! The Brandy shop is online at @brandymelvilleC and instagram at @brandymelvillecanada. I posted a few photos to each platform. I feel a shop and drop addiction coming on…drop all plans, shop for everything. Asked them about doing a holiday giveaway, so will keep you posted on that! Welcome to 50 Shades of HEYYYYYY! Bad joke, whatever. I got bored of the book and only made it half way. In other news, yesterday I peeped the 2013 leathers from Danier. I could use a new jacket, mine is ripped. There were some pretty lovely coloured leathers and a few bags I could have easy just walked out with. (I kid, I kid.) No really though. Love you leather long time. These are some of my favs! Upstairs was the preview of Princess Tam Tam 2013,  (who I was just introduced to) with adorable french llingere. “Princesse tam.tam, c’est une marque de femmes pour les femmes… Une saga unique, des produits et des couleurs étonnantes et détonantes.” Hello, I love you too. The styles are super cute, as the shapes and colours.  I’m crushing on the bright undergarments that would undoubtedly give you a bounce in your step (but not your bra!). Ha! Thanks Brill Communications for this lovely little camisole from Princess Tam Tam and vest from Danier. I’ve put a new leather on my holiday wish list and have my eyes on spring swimwear. Yorkdale Expansion Opens Today w/ Ted Baker & More!

Last night I ventured uptown to Yorkdale Mall for the VIP pre-opening of the $220 million expansion. Yorkdale added 145,000-square feet of space 800 more parking spots, 27 new stores and a high-end food court. Five upscale stores are making their debut in Canada: Microsoft, Tesla Motors, Ted Baker London, Kate Spade and Ann Taylor Loft. As an Ambassador for Ted Baker in Canada, I was extremely happy to hang out in the store, try on clothes and meet the entire team. I got a few goodies too, Scuba dress, bulldog scarf, I haven’t been to Yorkdale in ages and it’s really quite a lovely destination. I tried to make a cat daddy GIF to go with this post but  failed ok. FAILED! I know there’s a photocopier in this one but the sun is so lovely at my desk when I arrive early.
