My mom brought me my grandma's old sewing machine about a YEAR ago, but I've yet to give it its own space, so I don't use it nearly as much as I'd like. So much easier if everything is set up when you get creative. Does your machine have somewhere special to live? I think I wind up defaulting to the computer so much because the text cursor is always just there… blinking, and I think I need other options permanently available.
