Okkkk this was SUCH a fun shoot. 🥹✨

Earlier this month, I stepped back into bride mode for the second year in a row, modelling for Cherish Bridal Toronto. Pretending to be a bride in February, when love is floating around in the air, is a whole vibe. See last year’s shoot here.

FYI, I was wearing a fake engagement ring. 😂 I am not engaged. Just committed to the look, ok?

This collection was created with a hockey aesthetic to complement the rise in popularity of the hit Crave show, Heated Rivalry. Have you seen it? I’ve watched it TWICE!

Cherish Bridal is designed for the modern bride who wants something rare, romantic, and just slightly unexpected. Nothing stuffy. Nothing overly traditional. It’s classic in that whispered-vow kind of way, with lots of personality.

Cherish Bridal was born from the beautiful collaboration between Silk Row Bridal and Love Shack Toronto. It all started with a custom, non-traditional veil for co-founder Nataleigh’s California vow ceremony back in 2021 (which feels very main-character energy, tbh). With Kaitlyn’s design and production expertise and Nataleigh’s creative marketing brain, they created something really special: bridal wear and accessories designed and handmade to order right here in Toronto.
The co-founder, Nataleigh, is my friend, which makes it even sweeter to be part of this with her. There’s something so fun about getting glammed up, slipping into lace and layers, and playing the role of a modern bride, who maybe wears platform boots with flames on them under her veil. Why not?! Thanks Nataleigh, for having me!

Bridal, but make it cool girl.
If you’re a bride-to-be (or just love a little dress-up fantasy like me), you’ll want to check out the Cherish Bridal Toronto website or their Instagram at @cherishbridalbrand.

I love love, being in love, and dressing up for some magic. Happy February!
