Ho Ho Ho! Holidays w/ @ZListcom & @weare1188

Thursday night after ballet Jenie, Sammy & I went to the Z-List Christmas for a drink and had our photo taken with Santa. The high res one will be delivered after the holidays. Next stop was 1188 Films sailor themed holiday party (film studio who did Puma campaign I was in). I shot a bunch of snaps with the new Nikon J1. It’s news to me that Nikon saves the raw photo AND the good photo. Memory card filled up really fast. Maybe I had it on a strange setting? Anyone a Nikon expert? I got two of ever single photo I took. Sean I LOVE YOU. He got me an iPhone case that is a calculator. I’m not too hard to shop for I like all things nerdy, smart and or shiny. He also got me this classic which I can’t wait to read while travelling in January. There were lots of hipster babes at the party including Jenie’s ‘fake boyfriend’ who she did a national Puma ad campaign with earlier this year. I kept mistaking him for Sammy in the crowd. They don’t look THAT alike but the hair, hipsterness did it. Heaps of food all over the place. Man, I love the holidays. Shucking station for oysters. Sammy sexy mother shucker. 1188 Family tree. today in blog news – i updated!

I updated to the new WordPress 3.2. The way it looks when I type before I publish is a bit different, I hear there are a few other new things too. It’s more like writing a document now. I feel like a reporter. I am reporting life of/on/in the internet. eTalk called me a Social Media Expert last night. No argument. I’m happy with how it went. Will post soon for Mum & anyone else outside Canada or doesn’t have TV. The host Ben referred to me as “Stewart” and after calling me “famed blogger” they put my site on screen National TV. HI CANADA! I was using webOS on a new HP tablet. A bunch of people were them at an HP Blogger event last night. I am still using iPad. My friend the CellGuru thinks I’ll learn to love HP’s TouchPad better. I dunno, we’ll see. Y’all know Andy is my iPad boyfriend. One of the reasons I love him is because he has so many apps. We have heaps of fun together on Flipboard, Twitter, signing Autographs, watching Netflix, playing games. I can’t see myself without him and I don’t know if I’m ready to date anyone else. I’m planning to clean my desk this weekend. I do not like having a messy work area. It clouds my head trapping my thoughts from getting through my fingers to the screen. I’ve been saving these gifts to treat myself. These need to be dealt with. These need to be played with. Tonight I’m heading to the Spoke Club for Mark’s fall preview. Picked out some really great items from Mark’s last year before I went to NZFW. Impressed with how well they’ve washed, worn & stood up to my busy lifestyle. coming home, nothing quite like it mama.

Mmm, donut & coffee. What a trip. Getting to Florida isn’t that difficult. I’ve been blessed with great travel the last year so this time, when I encountered delay, after delay, I wasn’t too upset. (Except when I cried on the way there and missed a fancy dinner with my sister & friends.) This was leaving Florida, good sign I reckon, C8. My fav number is 8. Picked up Fast Company (mostly because of the Conan cover) and learned about these rad wooden surf boards. I love surfing. I love the ocean. I love summer. I love…affirmation girl? Bye bye beachy. Mama loves Miami. Home, wahhh. Get me off this thing… just kidding. Look, something shiny out the window. REMEMBER THIS. The reason I picked up Fast Company aside from Conan was this article “The 100 Most Creative People in Business”. I strive to be here one day. Jack Dorsey, (one of the Twitter Founders) is #4 on the list. He is a cool guy. Listened to a few of his talks. There’s a couple good ones on itunesU from Stanford. I totally love Conan. He is so funny, combine that with his divine creativity and you’ve got a whole lot of awesome. I reckon he’s a cool Dad. Does he have kiddios? Alex Kipman from Microsoft (brain behind Kinect) made the list too. I would LOVE a Kinect. So fun. I kick ass at the dancing game. Challenge me anytime! My birthday is May 8th (Sunday) and I always do something really fun with friends. This year, I’m breaking the mold and having a party online! Kinda 😉 I’m saving the hippity-hooplah I usually cook up for a gun-blazing-rager next year when I turn 30. I know I know, I look so young and cute! How could it possibly be? Me almost 30, I know it’s hard to believe. Stop, please. I’m blushing. You guys are so sweet, seriously, I LOVE YOU. To be honest, there’s only one thing I want this year and he’s 11″ of skinny, sexy, silver beauty. Instead of a big party or buying me drinks perhaps you will consider donating to a better cause.
