Woke up extra early and booted out the house for a speed walk in the sun. Totally gorgeous out, feels like summer. Got some sun yesterday. I forgot to put on sunscreen before I left the house today. (I know Mum, tomorrow ok!) I’m for sure gonna get super dark this year by traveling on foot to the office.

Hope you have a splendid day. I wore a long flowy summer dress!! Yahoooooooooo!!!

I’m down by the water near my house, Lake Ontario and it’s sooo lovely right now. Had a photoshoot earlier today with Erika .

When it was done I strolled over to the Beer Store and got a couple Sapporo and came to lay in the grass.

The sun is shining so beautifully on the water. I’m watching planes land at the Island Airport. Lots of people walking by with dogs, holding hands, speaking different languages. Saw a cute boy on a longboard. Its so refreshing to sit outside in the sun and be alone to think and recharge my batteries.

Gonna head home soon as it gets a little chilly and watch the Junos and do a little Tweeting for @mtvcanada.

Today is a good day, Sunday Funday.

Earlier this year I was part of the team behind the first Pa y it Backward. I was Chief Firecracker and my job was to get everyone excited. Let me tell you, it was out-of-this-world-crazy-fun!! We broke a Guinness World Record too.

On September 30th, you can join this amazing effort in social good just by visiting one of over 170 Second Cup locations and buying the person BEHIND you in line a coffee. Second Cup will donate all proceeds straight to the Sick Kids Foundation.

How cool is that?! Imagine if everyone got involved? That a whole lotta good going on! I’m excited. I just watched this awesome video by Notable TV and it gave me goosebumps knowing the positive the social force behind it. Enjoy.
