Last week I was sent a bottle of Concha y Toro’s Winemaker’s Lot 148 Carmenère Blend. It’s always a great surprise getting alcohol deliveries at the office! This Carmenère Blend is a full bodied red, perfect for summer BBQs. I decided to save it for the weekend where we paired it with steak, potatoes, salad and corn on the cob. It’s got warm earth, fig and black cherry notes pair so paired with a juicy steak is a match made in heaven.
