Tonight I’m going to Gaga with my sister. I’m trying not to get too excited because I have heaps of work to get done before I let it sink in. I had great Indian food for lunch. I feel happy. I’ve been having mixed feelings about our replationship recently. I’ve started feeling a bit crowded.  I need some space. I don’t want everyone knowing where I am all the time. You know how much I love you and I really  like what you do.

It’s not you, it’s me. 

I don’t wanna break up, I just need some space.  I want the mystery back in  our relationship.  I want things more like they used to be.

We have so many great memories and you’re always bringing me closer to my friends (Twestival, Foursqaure Day, Earthquake/Superswarm, Karaoke, NXNE). I still want more of that.

It’s the little things, the little checkins all the time here and there, it’s getting to be too much. I’m taking back the pants.

Tonight is the Toronto stop of the Vans Warped Tour and this Lady Blogga has called upon a little monster to report from the ground.

I’ve  partnered with Warped Tour to give Mike Albertini two tickets, media access and back stage passes to get the dirt and have a hella good time in my place. This has been a really busy week. Feeling more Gah Gah than GaGa. I’m usually busy, but  seriously, this week has me totally tuckered. Go-go-go non-stop. Everyday. Mama’s tired.

Quite looking forward to hibernating over the weekend. Writing, relaxing,  finishing up KC’s book. Feeling like it’s new sketchbook day.  Have these awesome neon pastels and whole new set of other colours that want me to play with them. I think it’s time.

Lisa posted this pic of her, Breanna and I in her post today. So cute! We went to get our dresses fitted all together late week. That in itself, was almost as fun as wearing them to the ball.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out last night. I’ve gotten heaps of positive feedback. Here’s a couple posts from Melissa, Romi and Sean. I made some vids and will get them up over the weekend. First, I need a break-ation from the interwebs and doing stuff. I’m exhauzzzzzzzzted.

I realized after my talk last night that I would have no problem filling up an hour, I barely got down to detail.   Really excited to plan the next event with Carly.

Happy Friday peeps!

You will not hear me complaining about this weather, I love it. Pull out a raincoat, throw on some Moovboots or Wellies and walk right through mud puddles.    I’ve heard people whining about it on Twitter and I don’t get it. I could find a zillion things to do instead of that. Make a fort. Art project. Movie night.  The rain, it’s so refreshing. Wet hair is kinda hot and mascara running down the face is super hot.

Hope your day’s been good. Gramma came out last night. HAHA.
