Canada Day weekend is just around the corner and as you’re aware there’s heaps of celebrations of our wonderful country. One in particular, I’m sharing with you right now combines two of my fav things, PIZZA and ART.  Also, I really love, love pizza…. Panago partnered with Toronto-born born artist Chairman Ting to create a one of a kind rad drawing you’ll find on their pizza boxes until August. AND, in true #RandomActsofPizza Panago fashion, if you colour in the box and share it with them on social, you might just score yourself some free pizza.     For #CanadaDay150 @panago_pizza has these rad artist designed boxes by @chairman_ting to celebrate our awesome country. Colour yours in & post w/ #sharemorecanada, you could win free pizza! ???❤️???❤️??❤️? A post shared by C A S I E S T E W A R T (@casiestewart) on Jun 22, 2017 at 8:50am PDT   To get my hands on the new boxes, I hosted a pizza party at the office. We had the new Canadian pizza with all the trimmings. The boxes are actually really cool! I’d love to do something like this. There’s all kinds of little Canadian things including the CN Tower, a Mountie, lighthouse, the Rockies, Parliament in Ottawa in more. Panago is a Canadian brand and you’ll find locations across the country. “We wanted to celebrate all regions across the country,” says Christie Coughlan, Panago VP Marketing Director. “The summer box is the perfect packaging to promote our Ultimate Canadian, True Canadian and Vegan Canadian pizzas this summer, while shouting—not whispering—Happy Birthday to the Canada!” Visit panago.com or give them a ring to order yourself a pizza. If you colour in the box and post it to social with the hashtag #sharemorecanada you might be rewarded with a #randomactsofpizza and FREE ‘ZA! XO WITH…

Send Money in Style with PayPal’s Holiday Cards Designed by Jonathan Adler

When it comes to holiday shopping, I do it from my couch with PayPal. If you follow my tweets you’ll know my love for online shopping borders on obsession!  Scroll down to read about PayPal’s holiday digital greeting cards AND leave a comment with something on your wish list this year. I’m gonna surprise two people with some holiday spending money in their PayPal account. ?? I have a few loved ones on my gift list who love shopping online as much as I do. This year, I’ve decided to surprise some of them with money in their PayPal account so they can go out and treat themselves to a shopping spree. Weeee! I was jazzed to see PayPal launched designer digital gift cards with New York based designer Jonathan Adler when you send money as a gift. If you’re not familiar with Jonathan Adler, his company has designed luxury homes, hotels, and restaurants around the world. His website has basically everything I want my dream house to look like. Jonathan Adler’s unique holiday card designs make sending money easy and fashionable — something you don’t normally find in gift cards/traditional holiday cards. You can also add a message to make it even more personal. Here’s one of mine! “Money makes the world go round, which kind of makes it the perfect present. Sending money digitally as a gift never felt truly personal or stylish — until now,”  “With PayPal, we have created something that with just a few clicks, lets you send money easily and chicly. It’s a gift people are as excited to receive as they are to spend.” The digital holiday gift cards — six in total — include festive greetings for Christmas and Hanukkah with fun text like: “Joy to the World”, “Merry to the Max” and “Glamorous Greetings” and an appreciative…

Watch Me Tablescape It on The Design Network!

A couple weeks ago I was on set with Sarah Glynn to film an episode of Tablescape It, her new show on The Design Network.  We took a wooden tray with industrial handles from my place and incorporated it in a chic bar setup for an upcoming shindig at my place. S1 E1 Designer Sarah Glynn has a mission: to create an industrial-chic bar for lifestyle blogger Casie Stewart, who is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of her blog. Sarah finds inspiration in a rustic wood tray that’s special to Casie, setting up a one-of-a-kind bar complete with vintage bar cart, a DIY light installation and playful accents to help get the party started. #TasteLife | New Label Design for Yellowtail Canada

This summer I worked with Yellow Tail Wines from Australia to crowd source an image through a contest that would inspire a new label for 2015. Yellowtail Canada asked Instagrammers to share their best #TasteLife moments all summer to win weekly prizes, with the grand prize of the ultimate Taste Life Adventure. The Social Network: New MySpace Design

This looks cool. I loved MySpace. I really was my first Social Network. I lived in the New York when it came out and wasn’t able to work so I watched a million movies and taught myself HTML. The new Myspace from Myspace on Vimeo. It’s exciting to the the Internet buzzing about the new design. At CES this year MySpace announced the launch of a MySpace TV partnership with Panasonic. Justin Timberlake is co-owner with Specific Media Group and it appears he’s innovating the social media space. I’m into it. Thoughts? CASIE

DESIGN: Let’s talk blogs.

I want a change. Something that integrates these four so called blogs that make up “my life” that really, are ALL part of “THIS IS MY LIFE“. I included FB because timeline looks & feels kinda like a blog to me now. Twitter and Facebook have recently changed their UI (‘user interface’ for non-nerds means the design, layout jazz) and mine has mostly remained the same since it was born. See here: We’re coming up on seven years this spring and I think my baby is deserving of a makeover. These are all the ‘blogs’ I update on the daily, Tumblr, Posterous, Twitter, Facebook, WordPress. I think Facebook is the prettiest. Tumblr Posterous Twitter Facebook WordPress (rotating header) I’d love to know what blog designs you really like, fav blogs? Ideas, things you might love to see here?  Ultimately, I’m gonna come up with some creative & fun way to spice things up for 2012. I’m ready for adventure! Ok, now I must prep for being back on stage in ballet shoes for The Nutcracker! I hope Mum brings me flowers! Ok no I don’t 😛

i’m going to design more stuff next year

This is gonna be a good week. I can feel it. I had a really good weekend. I spent most of it at my house. I got a new sketch book & pastels. I made some really special one of a kind pieces of jewelry. I’ve got a plan for a productive work week and it all ends with  Friday night dinner in NYC. Today is one of those days,  one of those that I think ‘wow, I’m really excited to be living this life out’. This, this is my real life. I’m so glad I write it down. Imagine all the things it helps me remember that I don’t write down? That’s the real best part. Posting a photo or update of what I did or where I’m going, then, remembering all the the stuff that happened that day or that party. It’s fun. I’m really happy I’ve kept doing this. I will always remember that day I started, it was sunny. I love that it’s documented, an augmented reality of photos & videos… I’m writing history, I’m writing my own.
